Is this AI? Will it actually look like my pet?
We use advanced tools to create the art fast and affordably — but a human checks every single portrait for likeness and quality before anything is printed. If it's not a great likeness, we redo it, free.
What photo works best?
One clear, well-lit, front-facing photo where your pet's face and markings are visible. Avoid heavy shadows or blur. You can upload more than one.
Do you do dogs and cats?
Both! Any breed. (Other pets — just ask us.)
How long until I get it?
Your portrait art is prepared and human-reviewed within 1–3 business days; printed products then ship from the USA. Most US orders arrive in about 7–12 business days.
Can I get just the digital file?
Yes — choose the Digital Portrait, or add the digital file to any order.
What's your guarantee?
Happy-or-we-remake-it. If you don't love the likeness, we'll redo it free. See our Guarantee.
Do you offer memorial portraits?
