You're trusting us to capture someone you love. We don't take that lightly — so here's our promise, in plain words:
If you don't love your portrait, we'll make it right. Every time.
What that means
- We'll get the likeness right — or redo it free. If your portrait doesn't truly look like your pet, tell us and we'll remake it at no cost.
- A human checks every portrait before it prints. No bad AI ever ships. If something's off, we catch it before you do — and fix it.
- Not happy with the result? We'll remake it, or refund you. Your call.
- Print problem or damaged in transit? We'll replace it, free.
How to use the guarantee
Just email hello@giftpawtraits.com with your order number and a quick note about what's not right. Photos help but aren't required. We'll sort it within one business day.
The fine print (the honest kind)
- Because each portrait is custom-made for you, we can't resell it — so instead of "return it," our fix is remake or refund. That's better for you anyway.
- Remakes use the same photo(s) you sent. If you have a clearer photo, send it — it helps us nail the likeness.
- We want you genuinely happy, not technically satisfied. If in doubt, reach out.
